Nothing is more exciting, emotional or beautiful than getting married. How do you remember that day? That special day was it memorable for those who were married once and are still married. Perhaps it's difficult to recall because you were young, drunk, or nervous. Perhaps it was perfect, and still is.
Most brides and grooms find that the special day is overwhelming because of financial pressures, immaturity, early pregnancy, and parental pressure.
Too many times, I've seen parents controlling the whole event or forcing couples into marriage for the wrong reasons Matrimonial Sites.
They have admirable intentions and want a beautiful wedding with all the trimmings.
The 64-million dollar question...
"If you could do it over (with the same person or just one more time), would you? What?
For many, the answer is "NO".
There are many reasons.
* Too young, highschool sweetheart.
* Pregnant
* A friend or family member got married, and you were caught up in the moment and propose.
* Marriage was a way to escape from?
* Forced to marry
Most end in divorce, and it is common for people to never get married again.
Then you meet someone. The "W" word appears and you get the butterflies and heart palpitations that you've not felt in years.
This logic doesn't make any sense. "I'm too mature or old to continue down this silly path."
It makes complete sense emotionally, as your heart is still 17-years-old.
It happens. You get engaged and begin to plan another wedding.You're crazy!
It's your second wedding, and you find it funny to do all those silly things at a wedding.
This is not the first time it has happened, but that doesn't mean it can't be special. The second or third time is often a charm.
You may have been married before, but not to this person. Make it unique!
Most people find the second time more rewarding, meaningful, and less stressful than their first.
You are wiser and older and you know your priorities and expectations. You were born again
Have fun and be creative!
*Get your kids involved Participating in the ceremony will make your children feel more connected to the new family (ring bearer/flower girl, ushers, best men, maid of honour). It may also be a nice touch for each child to receive a ring to symbolize the union of the family.
*Do what you love Forget about the past. It was all in the past. This is the beginning of a new chapter in you life. You want this new relationship to last.
*It is good to feel in control.
